Rambling around the Destinations of Kuwait: An adventurous and serene way to explore the country

If you want to explore Kuwait with your family or friends, there are many fun ways to do so and still feel safe and secure the whole time. One way to make sure you’re getting the most out of your trip and exploring all of the amazing sights while still feeling relaxed and happy is to go on an adventure through the country. There are plenty of adventures in Kuwait that you can take your group on, whether it’s hiking across the desert or taking a tour through a quiet forest or even renting some dune buggies to race around.

Wejh

I had the most fantastic time rambling around Wejh! The scenery was unforgettable and the experience was mesmerizing. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an adventurous and serene way to explore Kuwait. It was one of my favorite destinations because it is less touristy than other parts of the country, and it felt like a hidden gem.
I can’t wait to go back soon so that I can continue exploring this lesser-known destination in Kuwait. If you’re feeling up for an adventure, be sure to stop by Wejh during your next visit to Kuwait!
I loved how there were no roads, so we were able to truly take in all of nature’s glory. It was not only a great escape from city life, but it also made me feel closer to God.

Ras Al Khair

Just an hour’s drive from Kuwait City is Ras Al Khair, a beautiful and scenic coastal town. The best way to explore Ras Al Khair is on foot, so be sure to pack comfortable shoes. There are plenty of small shops and cafes to pop into as you wander, and the locals are always happy to chat. The scenery is stunning, with tall palm trees and crystal-clear water. Be sure to take some time to relax on the beach and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Some beautiful sand dunes are located not far from the city too. They are about 10 minutes by car, or 40 minutes on foot . The sight is spectacular; it feels like you’re walking in another world! I recommend stopping at one of the shacks for a drink before heading back to Kuwait City – they have everything from cold drinks to hot coffee and falafel sandwiches. Don’t forget your camera!

Another beautiful beach is located just 30 minutes from downtown. Take a trip to Um Al Hassam – take your time walking along it, and enjoy some tea in one of its many cafes. You’ll see many sailboats sailing by, which makes for a beautiful sight. It’s also nice at sunset!

Adailiya

Situated in central Kuwait, Adailiya is a fantastic place to start your journey through the country. With its scenic views and mesmerizing atmosphere, Adailiya is an unforgettable destination that should not be missed. From here, you can explore the rest of Kuwait at your own pace, taking in all the sights and sounds that this wonderful country has to offer.

Ahmadi Governorate – Located on the west coast of Kuwait City, it is among one of the oldest governorates in Kuwait and contains some sites from Kuwait’s early history. Al-Zour Wildlife Reserve: home to hundreds of species including lions, gazelles, hyenas and ostriches. Al-Jahra Governorate: located on the eastern coast; one of the most popular destinations for both locals and tourists alike due to its expansive beaches where sunbathing and snorkelling are widely available. And Salmiya: Considered as one of three major residential areas in Kuwait City; it features a number of skyscrapers including The Tower Mall, Katara Towers which offers spectacular 360 degree views over Salmiya Bay along with many others too!

Adan Governorate – Located in central-western part of Kuwait, famous for its wealth of historical sites, some which date back over 5,000 years. Fintas is a small village located in southern Adan governorate where thousands take part in traditional Arabian dancing every year during Mouhla, which is held on 6 January. Its sandy dunes with impressive sweeping views across them makes it an ideal location for camping trips; as well as there being five designated camping areas that have been well equipped with adequate facilities and often even include entertainment such as concerts.

Shuwaikh Corniche

The Shuwaikh Corniche is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Kuwait. It is a great place to walk, jog, or just relax and take in the scenery. The Corniche is also a great place to people watch, as you will see a variety of people from all walks of life.
If you are looking for an adventure, you can also rent a bicycle or go-kart and race around the Corniche. Just be sure to stay on the designated path!
No matter how you choose to spend your time at the Shuwaikh Corniche, you are sure to have a great time.

Next time you are in Kuwait, head over to the Khaitan Beach Park. Khaitan Beach Park is a beach that features white sand beaches, clear blue water, and warm temperatures year round! Khaitan Beach Park has shaded areas with umbrellas for those who want to escape the sun or get out of the water without getting sand everywhere. The park also has showers, changing rooms, showers and restrooms available too! There are many activities available including swimming in the water or playing volleyball on the beach. At night there are bonfires lit so guests can roast marshmallows or make s’mores!
The shoreline offers some really beautiful views as well. I personally love looking at small islands off in the distance because they remind me of being far away from home without actually being too far away from home.

Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Centre (JACC)

The Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Centre is one of Kuwait’s most popular tourist destinations. The center is home to a number of cultural events and programs, as well as a museum, theatre, and library. Visitors can also enjoy a variety of activities such as hiking, biking, and picnicking in the park.
The JACC is a great place to learn about Kuwait’s rich culture and history. The museum offers a wide range of exhibits on Kuwait’s past, present, and future. The theatre hosts regular performances by local and international artists. And the library has a collection of books, magazines, and DVDs that you can borrow for free.
