Preginating around the Macau can be an enjoyable experience that everyone should try at least once. There are many different things to see, do, and eat here, and it’s no wonder that so many people keep coming back every year. Whether you want to try some local street food or go to one of the nicer restaurants, there are plenty of options to choose from. It’s also a great place to try some gambling—whether it’s traditional table games or just trying your luck at one of the many slot machines available throughout the city.
Feeling the vibe of Macau
When it comes to one of Asia’s most outstanding travel destinations, there is certainly no lack of entertainment options. From a myriad of theme parks and water attractions to electrifying rides, an exciting venue that is sure to deliver a great deal of excitement and thrilling adventure is Macau Park. Set across five acres, enthusiasts can expect a perfect place for leisure, chilling with friends or even bringing along family members for some good old-fashioned fun and relaxation! Children in particular are sure to be thrilled by many exhilarating yet safe amusements such as mini roller coasters and merry-go-rounds.
Feeling a little bit hot? Then why not have a taste of ice cream right away! As one of Asia’s largest leisure venues, you are bound to find your favourite flavour of ice cream here. Don’t worry about bringing along cash to buy your own because there is an ATM onsite for those who wish to withdraw some money beforehand. Kids will really enjoy Hello Kitty Magical House, which has tons of interactive exhibits, like ones for fans of playing with dolls and different types of stuffed animals. There’s even a section just for checking out toys and other collectibles, like a collection of Hello Kitty items.
Getting lost in time
A culture shock to some, Macau is also a fun place to visit. Be it at Cotai, or on The Strip, casinos offer an electrifying ride that’s hard to find elsewhere. Plus there are plenty of places in between for good food and drinks. Whether you’re into extreme chillaxing or not-so-extreme partying – Macau offers unique opportunities for every kind of tourist. Even if you’re not persuaded, keep in mind the opportunity for interesting, artistic photographs that don’t need to be tempered by summer heat. Actually, you don’t have to go very far to find it–you can get it here on The Strip!
You don’t have to be a serious gambler to enjoy yourself in Macau–you just need a bit of bravery and an adventurous spirit. For instance, if you’ve ever considered exploring an abandoned casino that’s eerily perched on a hill, now’s your chance! Like some sort of secluded little mansion, The Venetian stands on its own overlooking Fereirra Cove with nothing else near it. It was once truly gothic and has since been made into a film set–but never inhabited (at least not until they’re finished filming it!) Be careful when you go though–there are no guard rails and there is always risk involved in taking pictures high up like that. So watch your step and make sure you don’t fall off!
The peak of excitement
The small city of Macau has many different unique, thrilling and exciting places to visit. From casinos to large theme parks or even small cafes; there are many different choices for tourists who are looking for fun things to do. The casino hotels in particular give a whole new meaning to peak of excitement, it is as if you have entered a different world entirely. The most famous would be Hong Kong’s first and largest hotel; Sands Casino Resort located on Cotai Island. A place that stands out from all others and really gives off an Asian feel that you can’t get anywhere else in Asia but here.
The unique qualities of Macau itself is also a reason that makes it such an enjoyable place to visit. A fascinating culture, food and gambling; are just some of many reasons why people would enjoy visiting Macau. Other places in Asia that you may want to visit when in Macau include China and Hong Kong because there are so many different unique attractions to choose from. And if you don’t feel like moving at all; you can always take a boat across to Hong Kong for only about 40 minutes. Once you have seen all there is to see in China and Hong Kong; perhaps it’s time for a little rest and relaxation, and what better way than by enjoying one of Asia’s finest spas?
Inhaling fresh air
Having just a little bit of fun in your life is probably not a bad idea, especially when you live in a city that’s known as one of Asia’s gambling capitals. Take advantage of Macau’s natural sights while you can—it’s good for your health. It turns out that spending time outdoors could be beneficial to an unborn baby as well, as studies have shown that taking strolls near greenery has been linked to lower risks of premature birth and low birth weight. Inhaling fresh air also might help you relax and sleep better at night.
As a resort city, there are plenty of great places to take a leisurely stroll in Macau. Start by taking a break at Rua de Felicidade, also known as Happiness Street, where you can check out stands selling knickknacks or freshly prepared Chinese food. The street is located near Avenida do Infante Dom Henrique, home to plenty of shops and restaurants that serve local specialties like papaya milk tea and baked pork buns. For a more intense walking adventure than simply perusing the store-lined streets, head over to Ecoparque da Mafra in Coloane Island and find trails that wind through thick forest and end at stunning views of casinos on Taipa Island.
Going back in time
Traveling to historic places can be a fun and enlightening experience, so why not give it a shot? One of my favorite travel destinations is Hong Kong. The food is amazing, but I also really love how safe and pleasant all of the cities are. It’s truly a breathtaking place to visit – all you have to do is choose where you want to go! There are tons of hotels scattered throughout Hong Kong, so finding one that fits your needs should be fairly easy. When looking for hotels in Asia, be sure to check out HotelQuickly – they help you find hotels from all over Asia! If you’re planning a trip to Hong Kong, then Marco Polo Hostel might be your next stop.
Another great place to visit is Macau. It has a very different vibe than Hong Kong, but I love it just as much – maybe even more! The architecture in Macau is gorgeous, and it’s super easy to walk from one place to another. You can get almost anywhere on foot or by taking a public bus. I love visiting historic sites; and while many of them are in Europe, there are also plenty of places that offer history close to home.
The pleasure of being alive
A man’s life is filled with pleasure and excitement. If you want to do something out of your routine then make a trip to Macau. You will find various exciting places over there. If you want to make the most of your trip, it is a good idea to learn a little about the nearby shops, sights, and other attractions before you arrive. Otherwise, you may find it difficult to walk on the road. These are some good reasons why one should visit a place like Macau.
A person’s lifetime is usually filled with a lot of things to enjoy. There are different types of pleasure in life such as joy, amusement, and fun. You can have them at various places such as restaurants, playgrounds or parks. For those who do not want to go outside their homes then you can simply get entertained through watching movies on TV. At times you may want some fresh air so it would be a good idea to travel somewhere with your friends or family members and enjoy yourself there. If you are visiting Hong Kong then it is advisable that you should make a trip to another great city called Macau.
